Panorama View Trek to Everest base camp. - 18 days

This region is a trekker’s paradise with your ultimate destination limited only by time and energy rugged peaks ,glaciers and high passes offers an endless  choice of route. Sherpa villages offer a warm welcome and shelter. Trekking peaks beckon on the more adventurous to their icy summits. Treks of 14 to 30 days can be organized. You are encouraged to give yourself as much time as possible to adjust to the high altitude and to experience and to experience the rich culture of this area.

Itinerary

Day 01: Your arrival to Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), you will be pick up by our Airport Representative, and transfer to hotel. O/N at hotel. B.B.

Day 02: Full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley- worl heritage sites (Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhu, and Kathmandu durbar square). O/N at hotel. B.B.

Day 03: Pick up from Hotel in early morning, we drive about 20 minutes to Tribhuwan International Airport. After 45 minutes exciting  flight to Lukla (2804 m.), you begin your trek to Phakding (2610 mtrs.) - 3 hours easy walking. Overnight at Guest House..

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3535 mtrs.). Overnight at Guest House.  You will begin  climb up in altitude.2 and half hours to Cross the Hilarry bridge, After half hour climbing Frist View of Top of the world. Mt Everest. And reached  the Namche Bazzar.

Day 05: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar.

Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3850m).
By reaching Tengboche, we visit a monastery known as Tengboche monastery. Then you will be taken to observe the prayer ceremony whether in the evening or morning. Overnight at Guest House.

Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4350 m.). O/N at Guest House.

Day 08: Day trip to Chhukung valley and trek back to Dingboche.
Today you can enjoy another day for acclimatization. This day we will have trip to Chhukung valley, then we return to Dingboche in the evening. We will take you to Chhukung Ri (5546 mtrs) too. From there, we can observe a fifth highest mountain Makalu. Overnight at Guest House.

Day 09: Trek to Lobuche (4950 mtrs.). Overnight at Guest House.

Day 10: Trek to Ghorakshep (5160 mtrs.). Overnight at Guest House.

Day 11: Trek to Everest Base camp (5400 mtrs.) and return to Ghorakshep. Overnight at Guest House.

Day 12: Hiking to Kalapathar (5545mtrs.)
The day starts with a hike up to Kalapathar (5545 mtrs.), an excellent viewpoint to observe the Mount. Everest and innumerable spectacular mountains views & Khumbu Glacier. Then trek back to Pheriche (4280m). Overnight at Guest House.

Day 13: Trek to Khumjung Village (3753 mtrs.). Overnight at Guest House.

Day 14: Trek to Phakding (2610 mtrs.). Overnight at Guest House.

Day 15: Trek to Lukla. Overnight at Guest House.

Day 16: Morning flight back to Kathmandu from Lukla. Overnight at hotel. B.B.

Day 17: Leisure day in Kathmandu (it's also spare day incase of bad weather in Lukla).
Overnight at hotel. B.B.

Day 18: Transfer to Airport for your home departure. Farewell!!

HET has just launched a new program in the remote area behind the Himalaya named Tsum Valley, which is a fragile land of heaven of Buddhist culture and deep beauty & silence of nature.   No scarify of living beings, and countless stupas/Chorten , peace and happy people, landscapes and Charming Himalayas of Ganesh Himala are the major attraction of this valley. Probably this is only the valley where any one smells of untouched nature.   
TAAN signs deal on TIMS

An agreement on TIMS (Trekkers’ Information Management System) was signed between NTB and TAAN. According to the agreement ( which will come into effect from April 1) a charge of per head will be levied for trekkers booking through agencies and with VAT per head for independent trekkers. The amount collected thus will be used for the welfare of tourism sector workers, exploration of new trekking trails and for funding the infrastructure development on trail routes.This will also control illegal trekking operations and ensure the safety and security of the trekkers through the mechanism of Prompt Information Service (PIS) . Individual trekkers will be given green TIMS cards while trekkers going through companies will be given blue cards.Prachanda Man Shrestha, CEO of NTB and Bachchu Narayan Shrestha, first vice-president of TAAN signed the agreement on 18th March.
